Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: shell and dice the shrimp, mushroom and ham.
Step 3: put a little oil in the pan, stir fry the prawns until discolored.
Step 4: add soybeans, ham and mushrooms.
Step 5: stir fry until fragrant, add salt and cooking wine, and turn off the heat.
Step 6: cut tofu into large pieces.
Step 7: put the fried stuffing on the tofu.
Step 8: steam over high heat for 8-10 minutes and turn off the heat.
Step 9: pour the water seeping from the steamed tofu plate into the pot, add chicken essence, salt, a little soy sauce, water lake powder and sesame oil to make the sauce.
Step 10: pour the sauce over the steamed tofu.

Note: tofu can be boiled in the pot before cutting into large pieces to remove the beany smell.
