Production steps:
Step 1: remove the leaves and stems of fresh green pepper. (there are thorns on it, cut with scissors)
Step 2: rinse with water to remove dust and impurities.

Step 8: cover while it is hot, and extract the fragrance components of Zanthoxylum bungeanum again.
Step 9: take out the pepper and return to the pot to remove the water. It is light yellow in color and fragrant in taste.

Note: if it is fried pepper oil, be sure to soak it with water first, so as to avoid the loss of color and aroma when frying immediately. When frying pepper, the oil temperature should not be too high.
