Yam and mung bean popsicle
Introduction:
"A few days ago, I saw someone making yam juice on it. I thought it was good and I learned how to make it. I thought I would give it to my children. But who thought this little guy didn't like to drink it at all? He said it was so mushy. Who could drink it? I felt dizzy. After I had been making it for a long time, no one could drink it, so I had to wipe it out by myself. But suddenly, I thought it would be a good choice to make popsicle, so I had this ice Great. When it's done, the little guy can't wait. "
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare 3 materials for popsicle
Step 2: steam mung beans and yams in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes. Mung beans don't have to be pressed too long to taste
Step 3: put the pressed yam and milk into the blender
Step 4: put the mixed yam juice in the filter spoon to filter, and then pour it into the pot
Step 5: reheat the yam juice. Here, keep stirring the bottom of the pot with a spoon to avoid the bottom of the pot paste, because yam contains a lot of starch
Step 6: stir the steamed mung beans with honey and put them into the popsicle mould
Step 7: put the mung beans and add the yam juice
Step 8: I'll take a group photo of them after they've put it all in place
Step 9: let it go for one night
