Appetizer hot and sour radish

Appetizer hot and sour radish

Introduction:

"This appetizer radish has always been my favorite dish. It's sour, sweet and spicy. It's the most popular dish when I'm too tired of eating in winter, when I have no taste in summer, when I go out for an outing in spring, or when my colleagues have dinner together. My colleagues are going to have dinner again, so I'm asked to do it, ha ha."

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare a white radish and wash it without peeling

Step 2: slice radish, add appropriate amount of vinegar and salt, mix well, leave for 5-6 hours (extend the time in winter)

Step 3: add minced pepper (minced pepper is made by mincing fresh red pepper and marinating with salt) and sugar. Mix well. You can add more minced pepper and sugar according to your preference

Step 4: marinate the mixed radish for a while (saccharification is OK), then you can eat it. How about it? Is the saliva coming out.

Materials required:

White radish: one

Chopped chili: right amount

Sugar: right amount

White vinegar: right amount

Salt: right amount

Note: the key to making this dish is the amount of vinegar and salt. If you put too much vinegar, it will be too sour. I put about 20ml of vinegar in this one. The amount of salt is less than the usual amount of cooking (my salt spoon is a flat spoon). If you make it several times, you will know the amount suitable for your own taste

Production difficulty: simple

Process: mixing

Production time: one day

Taste: slightly spicy
