Production steps:

Step 1: prepare materials

Cream: 225g

Black rum: 20g

Butter: 40g

Fine granulated sugar: 20g

Yolks: 3

Note: cut chocolate as much as possible to make it easier to melt and put it into a smaller mold. After freezing, you can eat it directly with a spoon. There's no rum to replace with brandy. There's no wine and you can't use it.
