Step 2: wash the fish and put a few pieces of ginger on the fish.
Step 3: steam over high heat for 8 minutes.

Note: the juice of steamed fish must be poured out because it has fishy smell. The oil must be burned to smoke before it is poured on the fish. When it is poured, it will make a Zizi sound.
