Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: raw materials: old tofu, ginger, garlic, star anise, Chinese prickly ash, green onion, dried pepper, fragrant leaves

Step 2: wash the tofu and cut it in half

Step 3: heat the oil in the pan and fry the bean curd over low heat

Step 4: turn it over and fry it all over

Step 5: take out the spare

Step 7: add salt (more)

Step 8: add 2 teaspoons oyster sauce and bring to a boil

Step 9: add tofu, cover and cook for 10 minutes
