Paella with pineapple

Introduction:

"Sour and sweet appetizer of pineapple paella, it would be better to have some peanuts!"

Production steps:

Step 1: wash and cut the pineapple, dig out the flesh, add salt and marinate for a while

Step 2: remove the head, tail and shell of the shrimp, draw a knife along the back, remove the sand line, add ginger, cooking wine and pepper, grasp well, put aside and marinate for a while. Cut the crab meat stick into pieces, and take the right amount of mixed vegetables

Step 3: pour the oil into the hot pot, turn the oil to medium heat, put in the shrimp and slide it open

Step 4: add the assorted vegetables and crab meat stick, stir well

Step 5: add the rice, smash it with a spatula and stir fry evenly

Step 6: add pineapple pieces (you can add pineapple juice), add salt, stir fry evenly, then take a part of it into the pineapple container

Note: 1. When digging pineapple pieces, you can first draw a well on the pineapple, and then dig with a spoon. 2. Put some salt in the dug pineapple container. 3. Don't put too much pineapple juice, otherwise fried rice will be very wet.
