Generally speaking, it is a kind of glutinous rice food with stuffing dyed green, with sweet stuffing, salty stuffing, meat stuffing and vegetable stuffing. Generally, wormwood is used for dyeing, but some people don't like the taste, so friends who like it can also use other green vegetable juices instead. About fillings, there are bamboo shoots with potherb mustard, sweet scented osmanthus, sesame, scallion, etc. today, what I do is the most common bean paste stuffing. I cooked it myself. "
Production steps:
Step 1: Reserve raw materials.
Step 2: wormwood (can also be replaced by other green leafy vegetables), after blanching, put it into the cooking cup, and add a small amount of water at the same time. Use a cooking machine to make green vegetable juice.
Step 3: pour the glutinous rice flour into the container and add the vegetable juice.
Step 4: mix into a uniform dough.
Step 5: add boiling water into the clarified powder and stir to form a ball.
Step 6: put the glutinous rice flour dough and clear dough into the container.
Step 7: knead the dough evenly and add lard.
Step 8: knead well to form a smooth dough.
Step 9: divide into small dosage forms of the same size.
Step 10: press the small dose into a piece and put on the bean ball.
Step 11: slowly push up with your hand to close the mouth.
Step 12: after closing the mouth, put it between the two palms and knead it into a smooth green ball.
Step 13: put a small piece of oil paper under the Green League blank.
Step 14: put evenly into the steamer.
Step 15: add cold water to the pot and steam for about 10 minutes.

Lard: 10g
Note: the Youth League can be preserved for two to three days. If you don't eat it in time, you can wrap it with plastic wrap, which doesn't affect the taste.
