Steamed bread stuffed with purple rice
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the purple rice and glutinous rice and steam them in the steamer.
Step 2: cut the butter and soften it at room temperature.

Step 4: knead it into a rice ball the size of a ping-pong ball.
Step 5: add yeast to the flour.
Step 6: add proper amount of water and knead into a smooth dough.
Step 7: cover with wet cloth and put it in a warm place to wake up.
Step 8: wake up and have a good dough.
Step 9: knead the dough well.
Step 10: drop the dosage.
Step 11: knead each dose several times.
Step 12: flatten the dosage.
Step 13: put in the purple rice ball.
Step 14: close your mouth with your hand.
Step 15: make the finished dough round.
Step 16: make the rest of the dough at once.
Step 17: wake up for 20 minutes.
Step 18: put the dough into the steamer, steam it with cold water and high heat for 20 minutes, then steam it with low heat for 5 minutes.
