Production steps:

Step 1: soak the spare ribs in cold water and change the water every other time until the ribs turn white

Step 2: peel the tomatoes and cut them into large pieces for later use

Step 3: put the spareribs in a pot of cold water (enough cold water) with a little cooking wine, skim the blood foam after boiling, turn off the fire, and pour the water into the electric pressure cooker together with the spareribs

Step 4: put the large ingredients, scallion, ginger and tomato into the pressure cooker, add salt to taste, then cover and repeatedly pressurize for 2 times

Step 5: let the pressure cooker gas out!
