Iced kudzu jelly
Introduction:
"It's very hot. It's easy to make a bowl of homemade desserts. It's also very refreshing."
Production steps:
Step 1: take out the wild kudzu powder and pour it into a bowl (the amount you like). Here is a bag for one person.
Step 2: use a little cold boiled water to mix, not too much, can wet all the powder without caking. Stir into liquid.
Step 3: pour boiling hot water into the bowl immediately, the hotter the better, otherwise it will not condense.
Step 4: stir evenly with chopsticks, then the powder has become a transparent paste.
Step 5: put some tap water in a container, put the bowl into the water to cool, and then put it into the refrigerator to cool for more than an hour.
Step 6: take it out of the refrigerator and cut it into small pieces or strips with a knife.
Step 7: take another bowl and mix a spoonful of honey water with cold water. (I chilled the water in advance.)
Step 8: pour the iced honey water on the top of the kudzu jelly, and mix it well. The crystal clear iced kudzu jelly is finished!
