Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the required materials and cut the fried tofu in half.

Step 2: beat grass fish fillets into mud with blender, add egg, seasoning and scallion.

Step 3: mix the fish paste and seasoning well.

Step 4: take a piece of tofu.

Step 5: brew the fish paste into tofu.

Step 6: brew in turn.

Step 7: heat the pan with oil.

Step 8: add the fermented tofu.

Step 9: fry until both sides are golden, then remove.

Step 10: take proper amount of corn starch, soy sauce and a little water to mix well.

Step 11: pour into the pan.

Step 12: pour the juice into the tofu and sprinkle with scallion.

Corn starch: right amount

Note: the fish is easy to be cooked, the frying time should not be too long, too long makes the fish aging, taste worse.
