Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: add minced ginger, salt, rice wine, soy sauce and five spice powder to the pork stuffing
Step 2: mix well.
Step 3: put the Pleurotus eryngii and carrot in the cooking machine and mix them into small pieces
Step 4: pour into the meat, add sesame oil
Step 5: stir well and add chopped green onion
Step 6: flour, water and dough
Step 7: roll out the stuffing and make all the dumplings
Step 8: cook in boiling water.

Pleurotus eryngii: 150g
Carrot: 150g
Scallion: 150g
Flour: 400g
Water: 200g
Ginger: 20g
Five spice powder: 2G
Salt: 3G
Veteran: 5g
Butter: 20g
Sesame oil: 10g
Note: onion must wait until the stuffing is evenly stirred, and then cut into pieces, gently stir it, put it too early or over stirred, it will make onion taste bad, dumplings are not delicious.
