Production steps:
Step 1: homemade tofu
Step 2: cut a rectangle, and then cut a strip with a diagonal knife
Step 3: cut into diamond pieces with a horizontal knife.
Step 4: put the oil in the pan and fry the tofu slices in the pan
Step 5: Fry one side and the other side, fry both sides and set aside.
Step 6: homemade salted egg yolk
Step 7: Chop diced meat and stir fry in a pan
Step 8: add a little water and rice wine to stir fry, disperse the egg yolk and make it into sand
Step 9: pour in the fried bean curd, stir fry evenly, and wrap the bean curd evenly with egg yolk sand
Step 10: plate, decorate and serve.

Salted egg yolk: 3
Yellow rice wine: 10g
Oil: 10g
Note: because the egg yolk is salty, there is no need to add salt in the process of cooking. Add yellow rice wine when frying egg yolk to remove fishiness
