Bean sprouts in soup

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the required materials and wash the bean sprouts.
Step 2: wash and dice red pepper, dice preserved egg and slice garlic
Step 3: heat the oil in the pot and add the garlic slices
Step 4: saute garlic slices until fragrant. (turn to golden)
Step 5: add appropriate amount of water
Step 6: Boil
Step 7: pour in the washed bean sprouts
Step 8: mix well and boil, then pick up the bean sprouts and put them on the plate
Step 9: add diced preserved egg and red pepper into the pot

Note: the bean sprouts don't need to be cooked too long. It tastes bad when cooked too long. You can pick them up after boiling. Don't add too much starch, too much soup will thicken.
