Lotus root and hawthorn syrup
Introduction:
"It's a sugar beet that is very fat reducing, appetizing and greasy. Although it's a little bad, its sweet and sour taste is strong."
Production steps:
Step 1: peel lotus root and cut into thin slices.
Step 2: remove the core of hawthorn.
Step 3: add proper amount of water into lotus root and bring to a boil.
Step 4: add hawthorn.
Step 5: add rock sugar.
Step 6: simmer for about half a day, turn off the heat when the lotus root is a little soft.

Lotus root: right amount
Hawthorn: moderate
Rock sugar: right amount
Note: if you want beautiful dishes, hawthorn can be put later.
