Stewed apple with Chinese yam and red dates
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: peel the yam.
Step 2: cut into hob blocks.
Step 3: add proper amount of water and cook over high heat.
Step 4: peel the apple.
Step 5: cut into pieces the same size as yam.
