Steamed buns with sesame paste

Introduction:

Production steps:

Water: 300g

Sugar: 45g

Black sesame powder: 45g

Milk powder: 30g

Salad oil: 15g

Old noodles: 200g

Dried radish: 600g

Celery powder: 200g

Red onion crisp: 30g

Dried shrimps: 10g

Sweet flour paste: 3 tbsp

Bean paste: 1 tbsp

Soy sauce: 1 tbsp

Pepper: 2 tsp

Sesame oil: 2 tbsp

Note: it's not difficult to make pasta, but we should be patient. One step can't be saved, otherwise the finished product will be less. The step we saved, especially the second fermentation, because the first fermentation time is very short, we must ferment the dough to the size it will steam out in the second fermentation, so we can master this point.
