Stir fried tomato and cabbage

Introduction:

"This dish is the usual way to fry cabbage, and finally add the fried tomatoes. Here I use small tomatoes instead of vinegar. It tastes fresher, with the original flavor of small tomatoes and the light sweetness of cabbage

Production steps:

Step 1: Ingredients: cabbage, tomato

Step 2: cut tomato in half, onion, garlic, chopped

Step 3: tear the cabbage by hand (knife cutting is OK)

Step 4: saute onion and garlic in hot oil

Step 5: add cabbage and stir fry

Step 6: stir fry for a while, add a little salt, sugar and chicken juice, stir fry evenly, add a little water, cover and simmer for one or two minutes

Step 7: when the cabbage is stewed, add small tomatoes and fry in a small oil pan

Step 8: fry until the tomato juice, turn off the heat

Step 9: pour the fried tomatoes into the cabbage, mix them well and you can get out of the pot

Salt: a little

Sugar: a little

Chicken juice: a little
