Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: Ingredients: half chicken (about 700g), 1 teaspoon of Sha Cha sauce, soy sauce, ginger slices, oil and a little sugar

Step 2: slice ginger

Step 3: a small amount of oil fried ginger, because the family like to eat ginger, put more

Step 4: put the chicken and stir fry the oil

Step 5: put proper amount of soy sauce and a teaspoon of Shacha sauce. No other sauce can be used instead

Step 6: add seasoning and sugar to stir fry the chicken well

Step 7: stir fry until fragrant, relax and simmer in water

Step 8: cover the pot and bring it to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat and simmer until it's juicy

Step 9: Sprinkle the scallion on the plate. Once sprinkled, the fragrance will come out

Note: the chicken itself has oil, but put a small amount of oil fried chicken will not be fishy
