Production steps:

Step 1: soak black rice in water for one hour in advance

Step 2: prepare after soaking

Step 3: wash the surface of sorghum rice

Step 4: cut the banana into small pieces

Step 6: boil again and add sorghum rice

Step 8: add rock sugar and cook for 10 minutes

Step 9: add the banana and stir well

Step 10: boil it for a minute or two. It's very sweet porridge. I like it very much

Black rice: 150g

Rock sugar: right amount

Note: this porridge is sweet and not easy to drink for diabetics
