Production steps:
Step 1: Ingredients: chicken wings, eggs, bread bran, flour seasoning: cooking wine (forgot to put it in), oil consumption, soy sauce, white vinegar, chicken powder, black pepper, salt, edible oil, onion, ginger, garlic
Step 2: wash the chicken wings, add scallion and ginger slices in the pot, blanch in hot water for 5 minutes;
Step 3: after taking out, prick some small holes on the chicken wings with toothpick;
Step 4: mix all ingredients
Step 5: stir well, marinate chicken wings for 2 hours
Step 6: add a small amount of cooking wine and white vinegar to two eggs to remove the fishy smell, and beat them with an egg beater
Step 7: roll the pickled chicken wings with flour
Step 8: dip the egg again
Step 9: drain the egg slightly, and then evenly wrap a layer of bread bran, one by one;
Step 10: heat the oil in the pan
Step 11: when the oil temperature is 80%, put the chicken wings wrapped with bread bran into the pot and fry
Step 12: deep fry until golden brown, then out of the pot
