Pumpkin and jujube cake

Pumpkin and jujube cake

Introduction:

"Fagao is a kind of food that I used to eat when I was a child. At that time, Fagao was not as varied and refined as it is now. Most of it was made from corn flour and at most a few red dates. It tasted rough and hard to swallow when I was a child. In recent years, people return coarse grains to the dining table, and taste them again, but they have incredible sweetness. In addition, with the changes in the production materials and methods, Fagao has become a popular food. Now it's the mature season of pumpkin, so we made "pumpkin red jujube cake" with pumpkin as raw material

Production steps:

Step 1: peel the pumpkin and cut it into pieces

Step 2: put the cut pumpkin into the steamer, steam it over high heat, pour it into the basin together with the soup, and stir it into pumpkin paste

Step 3: when the pumpkin paste is dried to about 40 degrees, add yeast

Step 4: stir well and add sugar

Step 5: add warm water and stir evenly

Step 6: add flour

Step 7: stir until the batter can flow

Step 8: put in half of the cut jujube, and stir well

Step 9: Brush edible oil evenly on the mold once

Step 10: pour the mixed pumpkin batter into the mold

Step 11: ferment at room temperature for about 40 minutes until the mold is full

Step 12: spread the remaining dates on the surface of pumpkin batter

Step 13: after boiling the water, put the mold into the drawer and steam for about 35 minutes. After steaming, turn it upside down on the baking net

Step 14: demould the cake when it is warm
