Production steps:
Step 1: prepare raw materials
Step 2: wash pig's hoof with blanching water
Step 3: stir fry cinnamon star anise in hot pot and cool oil
Step 4: pour in the pig's feet and cook the cooking wine
Step 5: pour in proper amount of raw and aged soy sauce, add water and bring to a boil
Step 6: add a large piece of Sufu and two tablespoons of Sufu juice
Step 7: add rock sugar, onion and ginger and simmer until the pig's feet are soft and rotten
Step 8: add salt and chicken essence and simmer for a while to collect the juice
