Fried meat roll
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak the shrimps in water.
Step 2: cut ginger into small pieces.
Step 3: Chop pork, shrimp and ginger into meat.
Step 4: reserve the eggs.
Step 5: cut the carrot into small pieces.
Step 6: add pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, a small amount of salt and peanut oil into the minced meat, eggs and carrots.
Step 7: spare the wonton skin.
Step 8: put meat in the middle of the wonton skin.
Step 9: fold up the side of the wonton skin and cover the meat.
Step 10: continue to fold the other side, wrap the meat, and glue with water.
Step 11: wrapped pork rolls.
Step 12: add a little peanut oil into the frying pan (better if it doesn't stick) and put in the pork roll.
Step 13: fry the pork rolls until golden, then you can start the pot.

Note: don't use the whole lean pork. The whole lean pork tastes too dry. For the thin wonton skin like me, don't put too much meat stuffing. Otherwise, the meat stuffing is not easy to be cooked.
