Fried meat roll

Introduction:

"My daughter likes this dish very much. It's fragrant. When it's light, you can eat it with tomato sauce."

Production steps:

Step 1: soak the shrimps in water.

Step 2: cut ginger into small pieces.

Step 3: Chop pork, shrimp and ginger into meat.

Step 4: reserve the eggs.

Step 5: cut the carrot into small pieces.

Step 6: add pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, a small amount of salt and peanut oil into the minced meat, eggs and carrots.

Step 7: spare the wonton skin.

Step 8: put meat in the middle of the wonton skin.
