Note: 1. If you put some meat in this dish, it would be better. Unfortunately, my husband ate too much meat that day and didn't want to eat meat, so he made a plain noodle. 2. When you go to yam, you'd better put a disposable glove on your hand. If you want to save trouble, you can also put a fresh-keeping bag on it, so as to avoid the itching of yam juice on your hand. 3. Don't cover the pan when cooking noodles, and keep stirring with chopsticks to avoid pasting the pan. 4. Add more water. When cooking noodles, the water will volatilize because the lid is open, and the noodles will absorb a lot of water. 5. If you don't add enough water, you must add boiling water to make up when there is no soup. 6. Red mushroom is easy to be cooked. Unlike Lentinus edodes, it needs to be soaked and boiled for a long time. Just blanch it.
