Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all the materials, cut the green and red pepper into strips, and cut the onion, ginger and garlic into powder for use.
Step 2: Boil the water in the pot, put it into the tripe, boil it for about 5 minutes, remove it and rinse it with water.
Step 3: put proper amount of vegetable oil into the pot, heat it to 70%, add onion, ginger and garlic, and saute until fragrant.
Step 4: add green and red pepper, stir fry a little.
Step 5: pour in shredded tripe, stir fry a few times, add cooking wine, oyster sauce, a little soy sauce, stir fry for a while.
Step 6: before leaving the pot, add a little sugar, stir well and serve.

Tripe: 500g
Green pepper: half
Red pepper: half
Scallion: 1
Ginger: 3 tablets
Garlic: 3 heads
Cooking wine: 1 large spoon
2 soup oyster sauce
Soy sauce: a little
Sugar: a little
Vegetable oil: right amount
Note: 1. I use cooked tripe, so I only scald it in water. If you use raw tripe to do, you need to use onion ginger and cooking wine to cook in water before frying. This dish doesn't need water.
