Step 1: wash tomatoes and soak Auricularia auricula in advance

Step 7: after boiling, pour in the egg liquid, and then boil again

Step 8: get a little sesame oil when you come out of the pot

Garlic: 2 cloves

Salt: a little

Note: it's better to sprinkle a little coriander when it comes out of the pot. It's fragrant and good-looking. I didn't put it because I didn't have coriander at home.
