Salted crispy chicken -- homemade fried chicken at home
Introduction:
"Salted crisp chicken is a very common snack in Taiwan. One of the characteristics of the method is that when the chicken is ready to fry, it is fried with the nine layer tower. The fried chicken can be mixed with the nine layer tower, and it will also have some special aroma of the nine layer tower when it is fried together. It's delicious to eat crispy salty and fresh food at the entrance, but I can't guarantee that it's authentic with Taiwan's local snack, crispy salty chicken PK, but I can guarantee it's delicious! "
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the required materials.
Step 2: after cleaning the chicken leg, remove the bone and cut it into small pieces.
Step 3: marinate with seasoning for more than 30 minutes.
Step 4: evenly coat the chicken with a layer of coarse sweet potato starch, and let it stand for a while until the sweet potato starch on the surface of the chicken becomes moist.
Step 5: heat the oil in the pot (the chopsticks will blister), and fry the marinated chicken.
