Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 8: cover with a layer of mozzarella cheese.

Step 9: preheat the oven at 180 ℃ for 10 minutes, then put the baking tray into the oven and heat it at 180 ℃ for 15 minutes.

Step 10: remove, sprinkle with dried rosemary and parsley, bake at 200 ℃ for 5 minutes.

No rosemary or parsley. 4. The temperature and time are decided by my oven, but the bread I baked at that time is crispy and the cheese is soft and waxy, but it is not shredded. If you want the effect of shredding, you can bake it at 220 ℃ for 20 minutes. But cut the bottom of the bread thick to prevent it from burning.
