Fig and pear syrup

Introduction:

"Fig has detoxification and detumescence. It's good for throat and dry cough. Together with Sydney, it can moisten the lung and relieve cough ~"

Production steps:

Step 1: cut the two pears into pieces after removing the core.

Step 2: wash figs, Ejiao jujube, medlar and set aside.

Step 3: two pieces of rock sugar.

Step 4: Boil the water in the pot and pour in the pear after boiling.

Step 5: after the water is boiled again, add figs, dates and wolfberry.

Step 6: cover and simmer for 40 minutes.

Step 7: after 40 minutes, open the lid and add rock sugar.

Step 8: melt the rock sugar and drink it.

Wolfberry: moderate

Note: Sydney skin need not be removed, with cough better effect.
