Step 5: put a little mustard in the butterfly, and then pour in a little fresh soy sauce, with cooked shrimp, have a different taste

Mustard: a little

Note: 1, blanched shrimp, must use fresh sea shrimp or shrimp. Chilled shrimp is not suitable for blanching, but suitable for dry burning or spicy.
