Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: sugar, yogurt, flour, cheese and butter

Step 2: mix the yolk with all the ingredients except flour

Step 3: sift in flour, stir up and down, don't stir in circles

Step 4: beat the eggs until hard, and mix in the batter three times, turning it up and down

Step 5: pour the batter into the mold, knock a few times, discharge the bubbles, put it into the 175 degree, preheated oven, about 55 minutes

Step 6: then demould it ~ forget to pad oil paper, not easy to take off

Materials required:

Cheese: 40g

Yogurt: 100g

Low powder: 80g

Butter: 50g

Sugar: 50g

Note: because I just started to learn how to make this cake with the newly bought oven at home, I still don't have a good grasp of the oven temperature, and I'm still in the exploratory stage.
