Kelp bone soup
Introduction:
Kelp, known as "the crown of alkaline food". Kelp contains a lot of iodine. Eating kelp can prevent and treat iodine deficiency goiter; laminarin and potassium salt can reduce blood pressure; alginate and laminarin can reduce serum cholesterol. Kelp with the stick bone soup, eat very light, very suitable for summer consumption
Production steps:
Step 1: chop the big stick bone and wash it.
Step 2: wash kelp and cut into sections.
Step 3: put it into a casserole and add some water.
Step 4: bring to a boil and skim the foam with a spoon.
Step 5: add scallion and ginger slices.
Step 6: cover and simmer for 50 minutes.
Step 7: add kelp and salt.
Step 8: cover and simmer for another 25 minutes. Turn off the heat and put into a bowl.

Kelp: 500g
Scallion: 20g
Ginger: 10g
Salt: right amount
Water: moderate
Note: kelp surface has mucus, must be cleaned before doing. No MSG.
