Baked pumpkin with egg yolk
Introduction:
"Tempting salted duck egg yolk, tempting golden pumpkin, two kinds of gold, what effect will be combined?"
Production steps:
Step 1: peel the pumpkin and cut into 1cm segments.
Step 2: change the knife into strips.
Step 3: steam egg yolk with wine for 8 minutes.
Step 4: blanch pumpkin in hot water for 1 minute. (Microsoft is OK)
Step 5: press the steamed egg yolk into puree.
Step 6: put oil in the pot, add scallion and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 7: stir fry the pumpkin for a while.
Step 8: add egg paste and salt.
Step 9: stir well, add salt to taste, then out of the pot.

Salted duck egg yolk: 3
Cooking wine: 1 teaspoon
Shallot: a little
Note: do not blanch or fry the pumpkin, otherwise it will turn into pumpkin mud.
