Plum wine
Introduction:
"Simple brewing method, the plum wine is really good wine"
Production steps:
Step 1: 1. Pick out 1000 grams of red plums
Step 2: 2. Wash with a small amount of flour and dry
Step 3: 3. Cut into pieces, add 200 grams of white sugar (the ratio of plum and sugar is about 5:1), knead well by hand until the sugar is dissolved
Step 4: 4. Put it into a bottle that is washed and dried (I have three bottles). Don't fill the bottle. It can only contain no more than 2 / 3 of the bottle volume, because it will expand and produce gas after fermentation
Fifth step: 5., pour the Baijiu into the bottle, cover the bottle cap tightly and enter the fermentation stage. The fermentation time is about 7--15 days depending on the temperature.
Step 6: 6. The appearance of day 7
Step 7: 7. What day 12 looks like
