Production steps:
Step 1: cut the wax gourd into a ball, or dig it into a ball with a scoop. I cut it with a knife. First cut it into a square, and then cut off the edges and corners. It's not too round, but it's not important. It's good to eat. Hehe, start the pot, bring the fire to a boil, put 2 tbsp sugar and 3-4 pieces of ginger, and cook until the sugar turns brown;
Step 2: pour in the wax gourd ball and turn it in the pot with a spatula or spoon;
Step 3: pour in half a bowl of water, harvest over medium heat, cover and cook until wax gourd is transparent;
Step 4: when cooking wax gourd, you can start to make a bowl of juice. Put 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 / 2 tsp sugar, 1 / 4 tsp pepper, half a bowl of clear water or soup, 1 tsp cooking wine and 1 tsp corn starch into the bowl juice, and mix it well. (the oyster sauce I use is salty, so I don't need to put salt or smoke it raw.)
Step 5: after the wax gourd is cooked, put it into reserve, put a bowl of juice in the pot, and boil it until it has a big bubble;
Step 6: pour in the wax gourd, stir well, sprinkle a little sesame oil, and then cover it for a few times.

Pepper: right amount
Note: different brands of oyster sauce have different saltiness. You'd better try it first. If the oyster sauce is salty or salty, please reduce the amount of salt or soy sauce.
