Production steps:
Step 1: the raw materials are shown in the figure
Step 2: put all the raw materials (except Zongye) into the pot and mix well
Step 3: knead into a smooth dough and ferment at room temperature for 40 minutes
Step 4: after the dough is obviously expanded, knead for 10 minutes to exhaust
Step 5: with the help of a kitchen knife, shape the dough into strips with triangular cross section
Step 6: cut into two parts
Step 7: take a side diagonal line as the cutting line (the knife mark shown in the figure) and cut it with a kitchen knife in a sawing way to form two triangular cones
