Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: choose the ginger with more ginger teeth.
Step 2: wash and cut into shredded ginger.
Step 3: wash the duck and cut it into pieces.
Step 4: wash the ginger, put it into the pot with duck meat, and add water that can submerge the ingredients.
Step 5: Boil the duck over high heat, skim the foam and take it out for use.
Step 6: wash and chop the pepper.
Step 7: heat the oil and stir fry the ginger.
Step 8: stir fry ginger and set aside
Step 9: fry the duck in the original pan until the duck is slightly yellow.
Step 10: add soup, turn to low heat and simmer for about ten minutes.
