Steamed tongue sole
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: remove the scales and clean the fish, drain the water, add salt and marinate with yellow rice wine for 10 minutes. Ginger slices under the fish.
Step 2: cut scallion into sections. Slice ginger and garlic.
Step 3: after boiling the water in the steamer, steam the fish over high heat for 8 minutes, turn off the heat and do not open the lid, then steam for 3 minutes.
Step 4: take a small pot, add some oil and heat it.
Step 5: take out the fish and pour out the juice carefully.
Step 6: spread the onion and garlic, pour the steamed fish soy sauce, and pour the smoking oil on the fish.
Step 7: serve and start.
