Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: mix the sauce (cooking wine, cornmeal, soy sauce, seasoning and salt), cut ginger, slice garlic, dice pepper, green pepper and onion.
Step 2: Boil the water in the pot, put in the washed clams, open the mouth and fish one by one. Drain the water and prepare it.
Step 3: heat the oil in the pot, saute garlic slices, shredded ginger and chili.
Step 4: pour in the clams and stir well.

Note: warm tips: clams and other shellfish are very delicious. Do not add monosodium glutamate when cooking, and do not put more salt to avoid loss of flavor. Shellfish should be used after spitting sand and cooked thoroughly. Clams and other shellfish are mostly cold, so it is not suitable to eat more for those with deficiency of spleen and stomach.
