Crispy spiced pig feet
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: clean the pig's hands and chop them.
Step 2: peel and smash the garlic and take out the ingredients.
Step 3: bring to a boil with water, add 2 tbsp salt, some ginger slices, pour down pig's hands and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4: pick up the pig's hands, soak them in cold water for a while, and wash them.
Step 5: drain the water with a filter.
Step 6: use a large bowl to hold the pig's hands. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, five spice powder, rice wine, pepper, sugar, chicken powder and garlic.
Step 7: stir and marinate for 2 hours or half a day. After half an hour, shake the bowl to make it taste well.
Step 8: after pickling, throw in ginger pieces and pour them into pressure cooker together with the sauce.
Step 9: add half a bowl of water. (electric pressure cooker will not evaporate water, so half a bowl of water is enough.)
Step 10: remember to "press the cook button" to start working.
Step 11: the electric pressure cooker beeps to indicate the end of cooking. Turn off the power and simmer for 15 minutes. After decompressing, scoop up the pig's hands and sprinkle some scallions.

Note: pickling time more than 2 hours or half a day is more delicious, if you like to eat rotten pig hands, use the "pig hands or boiled beans" work key. With the cooking key to cook just good skin crisp off bone, and not greasy. If you use high rice wine, you should reduce the weight.
