Spare ribs with tomato sauce

Introduction:

"This dish was made a few days ago. Originally, I wanted to take part in the activity. As a result, I pasted the picture of the finished product with ketchup, but I didn't send it. Considering that this dish really tastes good, I finally sent it, but there was no picture of the finished product with packaging."

Production steps:

Step 1: wash and cut the spareribs, stew them with pepper, star anise, ginger and chili for 10 minutes.

Step 2: put a little oil in the pan, stir fry onion and garlic.

Step 3: add peeled diced tomatoes. Stir fry with salt, sugar and pepper for a minute or two.

Step 4: remove the ribs from the tomato juice

Step 5: add tomato sauce

Step 6: add two spoons of spareribs soup and simmer for 15 minutes

Step 7: let the soup dry.

Materials required:

Spare ribs: 800g

Onion: right amount

White vinegar: right amount

Heinz ketchup: right amount

Salt: right amount

Note: 1. I don't have enough time, use the pressure cooker to press the ribs for 10 minutes, or directly simmer for half an hour. 2. The ribs should be simmered in the eggplant juice for a period of time, so as to fully taste.
