Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the duck tongue.

Step 2: cut scallion into sections and ginger into slices.

Step 3: wash duck tongue with water and soak for 20 minutes.

Step 4: blanch the duck tongue and drain.

Step 5: add oil into the pot, heat and saute scallion, ginger and star anise.

Step 6: add duck tongue and stir fry until discolored.

Step 7: add soy sauce and sugar and continue to stir fry.

Step 8: pour the beer over the duck tongue.

Step 9: turn high heat to low heat for 20 minutes.

Star anise: right amount

Salt: right amount

Sugar: right amount

Soy sauce: right amount

Note: as a snack, put less salt. So as not to affect the taste.
