Production steps:

Step 1: prepare lotus root, shallot, ginger and garlic. I have sliced the lotus root.

Step 2: Boil the water and blanch the lotus root slices. When cooked, put it on a plate to cool off.

Step 3: heat the oil.

Step 4: cut the shallot, ginger and garlic into foam, and pour the hot oil on it to make it smell.

Step 5: add salt, soy sauce, chili oil, chicken powder, pepper oil, sugar and vinegar in a bowl.

Step 6: put the cool lotus root slices into the seasoning bowl and mix well.

Materials required:

Lotus root: right amount

Garlic: right amount

Salt: chili oil

Soy sauce: chicken powder

Sugar: zanthoxylum oil

Vinegar: right amount

Note: if you like any flavor, just put a little more seasoning. I like more pepper, more sugar and more vinegar. I think it's delicious.
