Shrimp and broccoli
Introduction:
"One day, I accidentally flipped through the website of Western cuisine and found a dish called shrimp and grits. It felt acceptable, simple and quick, but it seemed that there was something missing. Oh, vegetables, add some broccoli, and the collocation would be more reasonable. I just forgot to cook, so I used grits as the staple food, so it became shrimp, broccoli and corn porridge
Production steps:
Step 1: thaw the shrimp, remove the shell and intestines, and then put them in a bowl. Add 1 / 8 TSP basil, 1 / 8 TSP parsley, 1 / 4 tsp thyme, 1 / 4 tsp pepper, 1 / 2 tsp salt, 1 / 8 tsp sugar and 2 tsp cooking wine, and stir well. Then add 1 / 2 tsp corn starch and 1 / 2 tsp sesame oil, and stir well. Use a rice bowl, put half a bowl of broth, add 1 / 2 tsp corn starch, 1 / 8 tsp sugar, 1 / 4 tsp salt and 1 / 2 tsp mustard 1 / 4 tsp pepper powder and 1 / 2 tsp sesame oil, stir well to form a bowl of juice;
Step 2: cut the fresh broccoli into small pieces and separate the scallion white and green;
Step 3: use a small pot to dry the grits, add half a bowl of water, turn the pot on to the stove and stir slowly with a wooden spoon. If it is too thick, add two tablespoons of water and stir evenly until you think the consistency is appropriate, but not too thin;
Step 4: blanch the broccoli. When blanching, don't forget to add proper amount of oil and salt to make the broccoli have a little taste and make it more green;
Step 5: start the pot, heat the pot, add the right amount of vegetable oil, pour in the scallion, saute until fragrant;
Step 6: pour in the shrimps and stir fry for a while;
Step 7: add chopped celery;
Step 8: add cauliflower, stir fry, pour in a bowl of juice;
Step 9: turn off the heat when the sauce is bubbling. Spread the shrimps and broccoli on the porridge evenly, then pour the sauce on the pan evenly, and sprinkle the green onion on it.
