Lotus root in tomato juice
Introduction:
"[Heinz's eggplant juice doctrine] lotus root with eggplant juice is my mother's preference for vegetarianism. She always thinks of ways to eat different flavors of vegetarianism. I made lotus root in tomato juice with Heinz ketchup once. It's not bad. I like the taste very much. Almost only tomato sauce and sugar, sweet and sour mouth, crispy lotus root, very delicious
Production steps:
Step 1: material drawing.
Step 2: peel lotus root, cut into thick slices, cut into quarter slices, blanch a water.
Step 3: prepare ketchup and chopped green onion.
Step 4: add 1 tbsp sugar and 3 tbsp water to the ketchup.
Step 5: blanch lotus root slices with water to ensure crispy taste.
Step 6: pour oil into wok and fry chopped chives.
Step 7: pour in the tomato sauce and mix well.
Step 8: put the lotus root slices into the boiling water.
Step 9: heat slightly, add a little salt and taste, mix well.

Coriander: moderate
Heinz ketchup: right amount
Salt: right amount
Cooking oil: proper amount
Sugar: right amount
Note: the lotus root slice is a little thicker, which makes it feel good to eat. Tomato sauce needs to be diluted with water, the ratio is about one to one. The main function of salt is to make it sweet. Coriander is only used for decoration. If you like, you can put some broken coriander in the pot.
