Stewed lotus root soup with Pu'er spareribs

Stewed lotus root soup with Pu'er spareribs

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare spareribs, lotus root and Pu'er tea. Wash the spareribs. Cut the lotus root into small pieces

Step 2: soak Pu'er tea for 2 minutes (don't heat it for about 7 layers) to remove the first water. Then wrap it in gauze. Put the lotus root in the pot over high heat for about 1 hour. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Put in the salt at the end. (the picture is quoted from the Internet)

Step 3: put some green onion, or not. Hot soup. I like it best. There is also a faint smell of tea.
