A dish for my brother

A dish for my brother

Introduction:

"The main reason for making this dumpling is that I suddenly want to make Shaomai today, so I made some dumpling stuffing by the way. My brother likes to eat leek, so I made leek stuffing."

Production steps:

Step 1: wash pork, chop ginger together, add a little soy sauce, a little chicken essence, thirteen spices, pepper powder, a little salt

Step 2: add a little water in two times and stir in one direction (because I'm a bag of leeks, it's easy to come out of water, so I only filled it with water twice)

Step 3: wash and cut leeks, add a little more salt, mix and marinate, marinate out of water, pour out water and squeeze leeks to make it come out of water again, the water is still poured out

Step 4: mix leek with thirteen spices, then add a little more oil to mix well, add proper amount of sesame oil to meat stuffing just before adding leek, mix well, and then add leek to mix well

Step 5: take a dumpling skin, which I bought, and wrap it in the stuffing

Step 6: pack it into your favorite shape, pack it all in turn, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it overnight, pack it in fresh-keeping bags and take it as you like
